How does NCS's per user pricing work?
NCS provides an all-inclusive package that operates at a set
monthly fee ranging from $65-$150 per user. The exact amount per
seat is established after we determine the services your company
needs. NCS enables you to fix your IT budget
for the year and allows easy scalability as your business grows
(e.g. as you add new employees, your contract increases).
Will all of our current equipment be replaced?
No. Unlike other providers NCS understands that many
companies cannot abandon their investment in their current
systems. We do require a standardized environment that meets our
technical requirements but we’ll work with you to determine
which systems should be upgraded, replaced, or redistributed to
maximize your investment.
My business uses special software applications. Can your
solution accommodate these programs?
NCS will conduct a full assessment of your company's needs,
network and software systems. Our understanding of your systems
will enable us to ensure a smooth migration of your proprietary
software and provide an opportunity to determine whether another
program from our software channel may be right for you.
How does NCS monitor our equipment 24 hours per day, 7 days
per week?
Our network operations center proactively monitors your desktops
and servers through an extensive array of sophisticated software
management tools. This technology enables us to become aware of
and solve most network issues before they are even recognized by
your employees.
I have branch offices…how will they be brought on to your
system?
Remote offices will be seamlessly integrated into your company's
computer network so that you are all working from the same
computer system. This is accomplished by connecting remote
offices directly to the Data Center through a point-to-point
connection or a secure VPN tunnel.
What if my company already has a contract for Internet access?
As long as your current connection meets our Internet speed
requirements of 768K, we can accommodate you with Virtual
Private Networking.
